Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

For safety and quality reasons, opened supplements, herbs, mushroom products, teas, personal-care items, and self-care tools cannot be returned.

Books may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in new condition.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
